« Personnel d’accueil non accueillant et non chaleureux. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel pour passer u »
Chambre propre. Piscine agréable et proche de la mer.
Le personnel de l’accueil pas accueillant et n’informant pas sur les activités de l’hôtel. Pas de fascicule explicative du fonctionnement de l’hôtel dans la chambre. Un seul serveur fut aimable souriant et serviable (merci Nadir) et les cuisiniers très gentils. Des amis qui ont fait des aller retour incessant car leurs cartes pour accéder à leurs chambres ne fonctionnaient pas. Aucun geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel pour ces dysfonctionnements. Pour tous ces faits, je ne réitérerai pas l’expérience dans cet hôtel.

« Dans l’ensemble nous y avons passés un très bon moment. »
Dans l’ensemble c’est un très belle hôtel et on y mange très bien et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le coin piscine .
J’ai trouvé que la chambre sentais l’humidité, je pense que l’hôtel aurais besoin d’un léger rafraîchissement. Une petit point négatif sur les soirées proposées je me suis fortement ennuyée, j’ai trouvé que l’animation n’étais pas au rdv dommage.
